Shipping information:

In US shopping will be sent via US post office and will be sent priority mail. Base shipping starts at $5 for the first 2lbs, with an additional $2 for every additional lb.   Orders over $50 will receive free shipping.

Out of US shipping will be estimated as close to cost per order.  We ship world-wide VIA US post office.

Weight estimates:
    3 x 3.5 inch round pillars  - 14 oz
    2 x 2.5 inch round pillar  -  5 oz

Ordering:

Email the list of Frandles items you wish to order to Fran@Frandles.com with your order. You will receive a confirmation email when it has been received with cost and shipping prices. You will receive another email when the order has been completed, requesting payment before the order is shipped. When payment is received, the order will be shipped.

Please do NOT send payment until you receive the final confirmation that your order has been completed. In rare cases, a candle that has been ordered may not be able to be made to your specifications.
 

Payment:

Frandles accepts personal checks from banks in the US, as well as money orders and credit cards via PayPal. All payments are to be in US funds
 

Frequent Buyer Specials:

Frequent buyers from Frandles will periodically receive discount coupons or free candle offers. A Frequent Buyer is a customer who has made Frandles purchases totaling $50 or more in a six month period. Offers will be sent via Email and are only valid for the named Frequent Buyer.
